Giacom are the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing all through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.
We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to build strong relationships with our B2B billing partners. You’ll be the go-to expert, helping them get the most out of our software tools — including aBILLity, Eclipse, and Affinity — and identifying new opportunities for growth.
This is a remote role with regular travel to meet partners across the UK — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships face-to-face and making a real impact in the field.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of partner accounts and driving long-term success.
- Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promoting our software tools through consultative selling and tailored demos.
- Spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue.
- Supporting partners with expert advice and regular check-ins.
- Representing Giacom at industry events and partner meetings.
Your Experience
- Experience in account management or sales within software, telecoms, billing, or IT.
- Familiarity with billing platforms like aBILLity, Eclipse, or Affinity.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to meet partners.
- Full UK driving licence.
