We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to build strong relationships with our B2B billing partners. You’ll be the go-to expert, helping them get the most out of our software tools — including aBILLity, Eclipse, and Affinity — and identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a remote role with regular travel to meet partners across the UK — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships face-to-face and making a real impact in the field.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of partner accounts and driving long-term success.
- Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promoting our software tools through consultative selling and tailored demos.
- Spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue.
- Supporting partners with expert advice and regular check-ins.
- Representing Giacom at industry events and partner meetings.
Your Experience:
- Experience in account management or sales within software, telecoms, billing, or IT.
- Familiarity with billing platforms like aBILLity, Eclipse, or Affinity.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to meet partners.
- Full UK driving licence.
