An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor with a PQE range of 3 – 5 years to join an award-winning law firm in their Personal Injury team. Working alongside this highly skilled and experienced team, the work is varied and interesting – across employers liability, public liability, occupiers liability and road traffic accidents. The key thing for this firm is client care and demonstrating an understanding of how an injury impacts all facets of a person's life.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to run an existing caseload made up of employers' liability and public liability (EL/PL) claims plus occupiers liability and RTA matters. Your other responsibilities will include:
- Financial management of cases and archiving.
- Taking responsibility for personal development and CPD training requirements.
- Keeping up to date with developments in law and procedure.
- Supervision of a Paralegal, depending on your level of experience.
To succeed in this role, you will be a Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years’ post qualification experience (PQE). You should also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of EL/PL/OL and RTA claims work.
- Good working knowledge of relevant law and procedure.
- Legal analysis and research skills.
- Business development/marketing/networking experience, including the use of social media to support your role.
