An established manufacturing operation is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a key role supporting high‐volume production across a large-scale manufacturing facility.
The Role:
- Providing effective reactive and preventative maintenance to ensure machinery, ancillary equipment, and site infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Responding promptly to machinery breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Maintaining and servicing machinery and equipment.
- Supporting tool changes and ensuring correct operation.
- Maintaining ancillary equipment such as dryers, conveyors, chillers, compressors, and robots.
- Completing maintenance logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Working closely with production teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
