Shift Pattern: Three shift rotation (where needed - 2 shift otherwise)

Pay Rate: £57,000 - £61,000 per annum

6 month contract - option to go permanent if you want to

The Role

We are supporting a leading manufacturer in Coventry who are now looking for a Multi Skilled, electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a long term contract. This role sits inside IR35 and can lead to a permanent position for anyone who is interested in securing something long term. You will be carrying out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance across fast paced production equipment, ensuring machinery uptime, supporting shift production teams and keeping the site running safely and efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across production machinery, robotics and automated equipment
  • Complete PPM, reactive and continuous improvement work to minimise downtime
  • Support production teams with fault finding and quick response breakdown activity
  • Work within safe operating procedures, quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to a reliable maintenance function within a busy Manufacturing environment
