About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and fast‑learning individual to join our team in a combined office and warehouse role. This position offers a varied working day, involving administrative duties as well as hands‑on packing and warehouse support. Full training will be provided for operating warehouse vehicles.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn and follow internal administrative processes
- Raise jobs, update internal systems, and complete accurate data entry
- Maintain stock control records and support general office administration
- Carry out packing duties and assist with daily warehouse operations
- Operate warehouse vehicles (Aislemaster Truck, Grab Truck, Forklift Truck) after training
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe working areas across office and factory environments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth workflow
- Adapt to changing priorities and learn new tasks quickly
Requirements
- Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to undertake training for warehouse vehicle operation
- Comfortable working in both office and factory settings
