Hours: Full-Time, Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 18:00

Join Gi Group and work with one of the UKs leading parcel delivery companies. Our client provides domestic and international deliveries for high-volume business customers.

Your Responsibilities as a 7.5t Driver:

  • Perform scheduled deliveries and collections of shipments of varying weights, sizes, and shapes.
  • Complete multiple deliveries and collections efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Complete daily vehicle safety checks and ensure safe loading/securing of the vehicle.
  • Report any maintenance defects promptly.
  • Adhere to Tachograph & Working Time Directive legislative/regulations and maintain compliance with EU Drivers Hours Regulations.
  • Sort and prioritize workload (including multiple route sorting) to meet delivery time commitments.
  • Ensure correct completion of DHL/Customer data and documentation (airway bills, JD numbers, HUID numbers, postcodes, etc.).
  • Follow company driving standards, including fuel efficiency and telematics training.
  • Work collaboratively with the service centre team to deliver expected results.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism during deliveries.

What you'll need as a 7.5t Driver:

  • A full, valid UK driver's licence.
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
