What you'll do:
- Coordinate training sessions (calendars, invites, joining instructions, attendance)
- Update training records in Workday (LMS)
- Support assurance activity (audits/reviews/health checks) and maintain action trackers
- Prepare documents and basic reporting for governance forums
- Maintain accurate records, version control and KPI/reporting data (Excel/SharePoint)
What we're looking for:
- Admin/coordinator experience (or strong transferable skills)
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Able to juggle deadlines and priorities
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Word/PowerPoint too)
