We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company, and are looking to appoint Packaging Technicians for the night shift at their Worthing site. This is a fast-paced, quality-led environment and would suit someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
Full training is provided at every step, including how to complete auditable documentation accurately and in line with site procedures.
Key skills required:
- Basic English (reading and writing) and Maths skills (GCSE level)
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Confidence to operate packaging machinery (training provided)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
Training will be provided on:
- Performing quality assurance checks on finished packaging
- Assembling boxes and other packaging materials
- Labelling packs and applying shipping labels
- Understanding and working to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
