Gi Group are working with McLaren Automotive to add an Administrator to help support the recruitment team. Working Monday to Friday 07:30am to 4:30pm.

Purpose of the role:

  • To provide proactive recruitment administrative support in an innovative, breathtaking way that challenges convention to help the business achieve its vision to be 'The iconic sports car Company.'
  • To role model and demonstrate living the values.
  • Through coordination of the candidate pipeline, provide a seamless, quick experience for all candidates.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Support the business with a flawless recruitment administration service.
  • Check all vacant requests have the correct position detail before approving for recruitment.
  • Job postings to multiple attraction sites, understanding which sites should be used for each individual role.
  • Initial shortlisting of applicants to all roles and submitting first round successful candidates to hiring managers, ensuring unsuccessful candidates are informed.
  • Confirm with hiring managers successful candidates for interview.
  • Arrange interviews between hiring manager and candidate ensuring that all legislative requirements are adhered to e.g. right to work validation. This will include room booking and informing Gatehouse.
  • Where applicable, manage and coordinate change to interview bookings.
  • Confirm with hiring managers interview feedback and ensure a swift response to all candidates.
  • Send out updates to managers and the Recruitment team to highlight missing interview feedback.
  • Upload all right to work documents into candidate profiles in the recruiting software.
  • Ensure all data in recruiting software always up to date.
