GI are hiring for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers in Atherstone, relocating to Bardon, Coalville in 2027.
Duration: Full Time - Temp-Perm
You will join a busy working environment with a friendly and helpful team. The role is Temp-Perm with excellent pay rates and offers great benefits and progression opportunities when permanent.
Start Times: 7pm - Finish (Average 8-9 Hours per Shift) Working 5 on / 3 off
Pay Rate:
- £13.10 for any hours worked before 10pm
- £16.38 for any hours after 10pm
- After 12 weeks: £14.56 for any hours worked before 10pm
- £18.20 for any hours after 10pm
Job duties for a Warehouse Operative:
- Order picking using voice headset - Training Provided
- Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) - Training Provided
- Stacking goods onto pallets
- Pallet wrapping
- Quality checking goods
- Delivering to Despatch
- Training Provided
Immediate starts available. The role can be physically demanding at times, so applicants should be prepared for heavy work.
