I am working with a leading manufacturing business in Coventry that is looking to appoint a Sales and NPI Support Engineer. This role sits right at the centre of Sales NPI and Operations and offers excellent long term development.

The Role

As the Sales and NPI Support Engineer you will play a key part in managing customer RFQs, supporting the sales handover process and ensuring smooth communication between Commercial NPI and Manufacturing teams. You will also take ownership of bespoke customer projects and support essential documentation including PPAPs, tool logs and TADs. This position blends technical understanding with commercial awareness making it ideal for someone who wants to grow across both engineering and customer facing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and completing RFQs within agreed timeframes
  • Supporting the Sales Handover process and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Assisting with wider Sales and Commercial activities
  • Supporting NPI processes within the MRP system
  • Managing bespoke customer projects from start to finish
  • Completing customer tool logs, TADs and providing full PPAP support
  • Acting as a key liaison between Commercial NPI and internal departments
