Skilled Welder required to join our client in Ripley. The role will involve mainly MIG welding and some TIG welding to produce high quality products.
Responsibilities
- MIG welding and some basic TIG welding
- Producing products to a high quality standard and to technical specifications
- Working with a variety of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel
- Working to tight tolerances and specific measurements
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in MIG welding; TIG experience would be a bonus
- Apprentice trained, time-served or hold a relevant qualification
- Fully conversant with engineering drawings and weld symbols
- Confident working to BS EN ISO 3834 accreditation
