FLT/General Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance/Reach) Location: WA5 7TP Pay: £13.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 Breaks: Morning & afternoon break + 30-minute unpaid lunch Contract: Ongoing role, permanent position for the right candidate We are looking for an experienced FLT General Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role combining Counterbalance/Reach FLT driving with general warehouse duties, working from a pick sheet to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities · Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT safely to move stock, pallets and materials · Picking and preparing orders using a pick sheet · Loading/unloading vehicles where required · General warehouse duties including palletising, wrapping, labelling and stock movement · Maintaining good housekeeping standards and working to health & safety procedures · Supporting the wider team to meet daily targets and deadlines What We're Looking For · Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT licence (in-date) · Experience in a similar FLT/warehouse role · Confident working from a pick sheet with strong attention to detail · Reliable, safety-conscious and a good team player · Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to get involved in all warehouse tasks What's On Offer · Free parking · Canteen available · PPE provided · Long-term opportunity with the chance of a permanent role If you're an FLT driver who enjoys varied warehouse work and wants a stable Monday-Friday role, apply now.
