Overview
We\\\’re hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our client\\\’s busy distribution centre in Blackburn. Join an established business operating across the UK and Europe during an exciting period of growth and change.
Shift Pattern
Week 1: 6am-2pm (Mon-Thu) / 6am-1pm (Fri)
Week 2: 1pm-9pm (Mon-Thu) / 1pm-8pm (Fri)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to meet daily targets.
- Use warehouse management systems to plan and allocate resources.
- Manage performance reviews, training, and staff development.
- Handle recruitment, disciplinary processes, and attendance tracking.
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
