Warehouse Operative / Order Picker PM Shift
Gi Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative / Order Picker to work in Atherstone. This is a full‑time role with a 5 on 3 off rota.
Location
Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Hours and Pay
Shifts start at 2 pm or 7 pm and work 8‑9 hours. Pay is £13.10 per hour before 10 pm and £16.38 after 10 pm. After 12 weeks the rates rise to £14.56 before 10 pm and £18.20 after 10 pm.
Responsibilities
- Order picking using a voice headset
- Operate LLOP (Low‑Level Order Picker) equipment
- Stack goods onto pallets and pallet wrapping
- Quality check goods and deliver to dispatch
- Training is provided
