GI are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a company in Atherstone.
Hours
Start times: 2pm or 7pm (average 8‑9 hours per shift). Working 5 on / 3 off.
Pay Rate
- £13.10 for any hours worked before 10pm
- £16.38 for any hours worked after 10pm
- After 12 weeks: £14.56 for any hours worked before 10pm
- After 12 weeks: £18.20 for any hours worked after 10pm
Job Duties
- Order picking using voice headset – training provided
- Operating LLOP (Low‑Level Order Picker) – training provided
- Stacking goods onto pallets
- Pallet wrapping
- Quality checking goods
- Delivering to despatch
- Loading and unloading – training provided
