Location: Ansty Park, Coventry
Pay: £12.30 per hour to start (with increases as training progresses)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
Type: Temp to Perm
We\'re currently recruiting for proactive and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Ansty Park. The role involves working on a production line, operating machinery, and palletising finished stock ready for dispatch - all within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What you\'ll be doing:
Supporting production line operations
Operating machinery safely and efficiently
Palletising and wrapping manufactured goods
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Following health & safety procedures at all times
What we\'re looking for:
Previous experience in warehouse, production, or machine operation (preferred)
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and develop across multiple departments
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
