Warehouse CoordinatorWoking, GU21Pay rate: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum Permanent, Full-time hours This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as we are seeking to appoint a Warehouse Coordinator to work with our automotive sector client based in Woking, GU21. This role will require the day to day running of a smaller size warehouse, you will be responsible and need to “own the area” reporting daily into the after sales manager. This is a managing of an area role and not to manage a team directly. Warehouse Coordinator responsibilities: * Ensure safe and efficient running of the Warehouse facility * Oversee Health & Safety for the Workshop & Warehouse areas performing the necessary checks and assessments* Secure and store relevant goods * Process credit returns * Keep in line with commercial account contracts packing and logistical requirements* Assist Divisions with coordination of sending out local stock to Dealers and Customers with accurate despatch data recorded* Provide an additional logistics service with the Company’s Sprinter van when required and keep the vehicle maintained to legal standards* High levels of housekeeping Warehouse Coordinator required skills: * Enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual * Good attitude to work and learn new skills* Effective communication skills* Work effectively in a team environment* Must hold a full UK Driving license * Must hold a Forklift Counterbalance licence (can be out of date) * Fire Marshal / First aid trained …
