Join a leading Aerospace & Defence organisation and support training delivery, record keeping, and assurance/admin activity. This role suits someone with solid admin skills - open to both experienced candidates and those looking to build experience.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate training sessions (calendars, invites, joining instructions, attendance)
  • Update training records in Workday (LMS)
  • Support assurance activity (audits/reviews/health checks) and maintain action trackers
  • Prepare documents and basic reporting for governance forums
  • Maintain accurate records, version control and KPI/reporting data (Excel/SharePoint)

What we're looking for:

  • Admin/coordinator experience (or strong transferable skills)
  • Great organisation and attention to detail
  • Able to juggle deadlines and priorities
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Word/PowerPoint too)

This is a 9 month temporary contract, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
