Our client has been designing, sculpting, casting and hand painting quality figurines for well over 35 years. We are now offering the opportunity to join a motivated and established team within a constantly evolving and creative industry along with all the many opportunities that lie within it.
We are currently looking for reliable, hard-working and hands-on Production Edge Sculpture Painter to work within a small well-knit team in our busy painting studio. A quick learner and the ability to take instruction and listen to advice are key.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am to 1:30pm. Full-time, permanent. Overtime may be available during seasonal busy periods.
Pay Rate: £13.00 / hour
As a Production Edge Sculpture Painter your main role will be in the hand-painting of our Edge Sculpture range. A good eye for detail and experience of painting figurines or sculptures is ideal but not necessary as full training will be given.
Main duties will include:
- Hand-painting, decorating and finishing of Edge Sculptures.
- Paint spraying sculptures.
- Using dry brush painting technique.
- General housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment.
This role would suit someone with an artistic soul - ideally with a genuine interest in art and painting, or a background in art studies.
