Forklift Team Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Team Leader to manage a warehouse team in Rugby and oversee the efficient loading of containers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proficiency in operating a forklift, and experience in manual duties.

Responsibilities
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team
– Ensure stock control and accurate dispatch of goods
– Operate forklift to load and unload containers
– Perform manual handling duties as required

Requirements
– Proven experience in warehouse management
– Valid forklift license and proficiency in operating a forklift
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects
– Strong organisational and leadership skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
