I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading aerospace and defence organisation for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support supplier performance, order book accuracy and on‑time delivery across the UK and Europe. You'll manage around 10 key suppliers, ensuring materials, spares and repair items arrive on time to support aircraft build, maintenance and operational requirements. This role suits someone confident working in a fast‑paced environment with strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier order books and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Monitor supplier KPIs including DSA, TAT, shortages and AOG/HP priorities
  • Build strong supplier relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Provide clear updates on risks, delays and required actions
  • Support or chair supplier review meetings
  • Work collaboratively within a small, high‑performing team

What You'll Need

  • Experience managing suppliers in a cross‑functional environment
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confident working under pressure and adapting to change
  • Good Excel skills; SAP experience desirable (training provided)
  • Willing to travel in the UK and occasionally to Italy/Germany
