Gi Group is recruiting Reach Forklift Drivers to work at the brand new modern warehouse in Stafford (ST18) on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role offers regular ongoing work and the opportunity for long‑term growth.
Location: Stafford, ST18.
Responsibilities:
- Operate in the warehouse as a forklift driver.
- Pick, pack, prepare, and wrap items for dispatch.
- Inspect items and perform quality control.
- Accurately complete paperwork.
- Pay close attention to detail while working at high speeds and meeting KPI targets.
- Collaborate with team colleagues to maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months previous experience as a forklift driver.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual.
- Good attitude toward learning new skills.
Compensation and Hours:
- £14.75 – £22.13 per hour (overtime rate and depending on trained & core areas worked).
- Weekly rotating shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.
- Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
