Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off, 12-hour shifts (rotating days and nights to support a 24/7 operation)

About the Role

As an Engineer Shift Leader, you\’ll lead a team of Engineering Technicians and Assistants, ensuring operational uptime and delivering technical projects that keep our fulfilment centre running smoothly. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you\’ll provide technical guidance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Engineering Technicians and Assistants.
• Manage and execute the Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Maintain and optimise the Fix System for issue resolution.
• Design, develop, and deploy engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and system performance enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Civil, or similar).
• 7+ years\’ engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
