We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Spalding PE11. This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with candidates, staying organised, and working in a fast-paced environment. Full training is provided, so you don't need previous recruitment experience - just the right attitude.
What's on offer:

- Temp to perm
- Monday to Friday, plus some weekends once trained

What you'll be doing:
- Creating and posting engaging job adverts across job boards and social media
- Screening and interviewing candidates, giving clear guidance on roles and the recruitment process
- Supporting candidates through registration, including Right to Work checks
- Hosting face-to-face sign-up days and local attraction events
- Managing your candidate pipeline and providing daily updates
- Building strong relationships with your team and supporting staffing needs
- Visiting clients on-site to build the relationship
What you need:
- Confident communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
- Able to stay organised, prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible when needed (including occasional after-hours calls)
- Full UK driving licence & access to own transport
