We are recruiting experienced Manufacturing Technicians to join a leading Aerospace and Defence organisation in Southampton. These roles support a range of manufacturing activities, electro‑optic testing, and controlled environment production.
Role Overview
- Precision or micro‑assembly using hand tools, microscopes, and fixtures
- Testing and inspection of electro‑optic or electronic components
- Working with small, delicate, or high‑tolerance parts
- Following detailed work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Completing production documentation and reporting issues accurately
- Maintaining clean, safe, and compliant work areas
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
