An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Analyst to join our client's high‑performing Maintenance Team on a 9‑month maternity cover contract. This role plays a key part in supporting site operations by delivering accurate data, insightful analysis, and reliable reporting that drives informed decision‑making across the organisation. You'll be joining a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly, and the team is relied upon as the central hub for maintenance‑related insight and system support.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis
- Analyse and steward maintenance cost data
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and scorecards
- Respond to ad‑hoc analytical requests from across the organisation
- Prepare financial accruals for outstanding maintenance costs
- Oversee departmental costs, including support with cost transfers
- Execute and document internal control tests for audit compliance
- Work with Reliability teams to build the Annual Maintenance Plan (financial and worklist)
- Act as Technical System Administrator for Maintenance LAN, SharePoint
- Produce maintenance cost reports and corporate reliability metrics
- Deliver commercial reporting on outstanding costs
- Create KPI scorecards across 10 business segments, including: Backlogs, Plan completion, Jobs per FTE, Contractor unit rates vs T&M, Open work orders and purchase orders
- Support management presentations to senior leadership
- Oversee automated Power BI reporting
