A client based in Fawley is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their Routine Maintenance Team. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a busy technical department, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Procedure updates and document control
- DWS input and administration for the maintenance team
- Materials ordering and purchase order tracking
- Small purchase administration
- Delivery expediting and supplier follow-up
- BlueScope forms & ISTe scheduling administration
- Vault drawing retrieval and document management
- General maintenance administration
- Access structure tracking
- General duties also include typing, filing, answering calls, scheduling meetings, record keeping, mail distribution, and supporting data-related projects.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative experience in a department or technical environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using MS Office and email systems
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
- Full UK driving licence and ability to commute daily to Fawley
