A client based in Fawley is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their Routine Maintenance Team. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a busy technical department, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procedure updates and document control
  • DWS input and administration for the maintenance team
  • Materials ordering and purchase order tracking
  • Small purchase administration
  • Delivery expediting and supplier follow-up
  • BlueScope forms & ISTe scheduling administration
  • Vault drawing retrieval and document management
  • General maintenance administration
  • Access structure tracking
  • General duties also include typing, filing, answering calls, scheduling meetings, record keeping, mail distribution, and supporting data-related projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience in a department or technical environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using MS Office and email systems
  • Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to commute daily to Fawley
