Account Co-ordinator – Gi Group Salary: £13.50 p/h Contract: Temporary Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Location: On-site, Southampton This role is focused on candidate coordination, compliance, administration, and maintaining a high standard of service for both client stakeholders and temporary workers. Key responsibilities Support the Account Manager with day-to-day account activity Handle incoming calls and candidate queries Complete CV searches and shortlist applications Keep candidates updated throughout the process Arrange interviews and coordinate online testing Conduct pre-interviews to assess suitability Complete Right to Work (RTW) checks for all candidates Attend onsite registrations at client location when required Build relationships with stakeholders and temporary staff Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate applicant records in line with Gi Group procedures Skills and experience Strong team-working skills and ability to use own initiative Excellent time management, planning, and scheduling Confident working under pressure with tight deadlines High attention to detail and strong administration capability Clear communication skills (written and spoken) Problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve issues quickly Highly organised, flexible, and dependable Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Additional information We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
