- Includes a 15-minute paid morning break at 09:45 and a 30-minute unpaid lunch at 13:00

About the Role:
Gi Pro are working with a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke stainless steel commercial catering equipment. We're seeking a dedicated Site Installation Engineer to support the installation of our clients commercial kitchen ventilation canopies and associated systems. Based from our Banbury site, this role involves frequent travel across the UK and occasionally overseas to support our expanding client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the on-site installation and final commissioning of commercial kitchen ventilation systems.
- Work closely with the installation team leader and projects department to deliver installations to high standards and within tight deadlines.
- Ensure all equipment is installed in line with client specifications and relevant safety and quality standards.
- Represent the company professionally on client sites, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Be flexible to work unsociable hours when required to meet project demands or site access restrictions.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience installing ductwork or commercial kitchen canopies is highly desirable, though not essential.
- Valid CSCS accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
- A proactive and professional approach to site work, with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home when required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Extras:
- Experience working in commercial kitchen or ventilation installations.
- Mechanical or electrical qualifications or certifications related to installation work.
Working Environment:
- On-site installation work at commercial premises across the UK, occasionally abroad.
