Site Maintenance / Caretaker (Manufacturing) - Temp to Perm
Location: Stafford Park
Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We're recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Site Maintenance / Caretaker to support a busy manufacturing site in Stafford Park. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a workplace safe, clean, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out basic repairs and general maintenance across the site
- Painting and touch-up work as required
- Gardening / outdoor upkeep, including keeping external areas tidy
- Rubbish removal and waste disposal to maintain a clean environment
- General housekeeping duties to ensure the site is clean, organised, and presentable
- Spot issues proactively and report any larger maintenance requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a caretaker, site maintenance, facilities, or handyman role (ideal but not essential)
- Able to complete basic repair and maintenance tasks confidently
- Practical, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to cleanliness and site standards
- Good timekeeping and a positive, can-do attitude
