The Role
We're looking for a Production Operative to join a busy metal recovery and processing site in Severn Beach. You'll operate plant equipment, support safe site operations, and help keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety compliance - follow site rules, wear PPE, report hazards.
- Operating plant machinery - monitor equipment, maintain material flow, support metal recovery.
- Quality checks - monitor product quality and report issues.
- Basic maintenance - cleaning, routine checks, reporting defects.
- Housekeeping - keep work areas clean and safe.
- Training participation - attend toolbox talks and required training.
