About the Role: Join Gi Group UK as a Senior Recruiter - a pivotal role managing end-to-end client delivery, recruitment, and workforce management for key accounts. You will ensure client volume requirements are met within set timeframes and to the highest quality standards, all while developing lasting customer relationships through strategic calls and meetings. You will manage client recruitment and workforce needs, making sure the right number of quality candidates are hired on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding role requirements and assessing feasibility.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular calls and meetings.
- Plan and tailor recruitment strategies, setting clear client expectations.
- Execute local sourcing campaigns and leverage central sourcing teams as required.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist top candidates, providing thorough feedback and guidance throughout the process.
- Maintain strong relationships with active and potential clients, identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor spend, KPIs, and compliance across accounts, ensuring all company policies, tools, and procedures are adhered to.
- Attend and contribute to regular service reviews, reporting on delivery metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment, account management or workforce solutions (ideally in a fast-paced environment).
- Skilled communicator and negotiator; able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
