About the role:
As a Senior Recruiter you will take ownership of the full recruitment process for key client accounts, from initial job briefing through to candidate delivery and workforce planning. You’ll be responsible for meeting client hiring targets within agreed timelines and delivering service excellence. This position offers the opportunity to shape recruitment solutions, deepen customer relationships, and play a hands-on role in workforce planning and delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, taking detailed briefs and assessing client needs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships through regular calls, onsite visits, and service meetings.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a robust shortlist for client selection.
- Provide feedback, support, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor account performance, including spend, compliance, and KPIs, ensuring all activity aligns with company policies and procedures.
About you:
- Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce solutions (ideally in a fast-moving, client-focused environment).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Willingness to support recruitment activity outside standard hours to meet operational needs.
- Hold valid UK driver's license and have own car for site visits.
