Are you seeking work within a well-established organisation? We have a Scanning Operative position available with our client in Northampton.

Salary: 12.85 per hour

Location: Northampton NN4

Duration: Temp to Perm, ongoing

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

Hours: 14:30 - 23:00 OR 06:00 - 14:30

You will support our client in driving digital transformation for their clients. You, alongside your colleagues, will support the digitisation of paper records into digital records through preparation, scanning and quality check of these records.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of items for scanning and rebuilding of files post scan.
  • Inputting data in an accurate manner.
  • Completing scanning log sheets in conjunction with daily work undertaken.
  • File reconciliation will be completed post digitisation.

Essential qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to take control of indexing jobs and manage own workload.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain an enhanced DBS.
  • Good communication skills.
