You will lead, shape and deliver workforce planning, modelling and insight, developing supply/demand forecasts, running scenario planning and providing evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You will build governance, dashboards and reports to support decision-making, improve data quality, and embed a resource management operating model across the organisation.
