GI Pro is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider in the safety sector. This is a hands-on, mobile Team Leader position overseeing site-based installation, inspection, testing and maintenance of height safety / fall protection equipment.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating site works, ensuring correct resourcing, safe systems of work and high-quality delivery.
- Carrying out site-based installations and testing/maintenance of height safety equipment in line with manufacturer requirements and drawings.
- Owning day-to-day site safety, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and behaviour across the team.
- Acting as the main point of contact on-site for customers, maintaining excellent service and professionalism.
- Reviewing and ensuring completion of clear, accurate and detailed paperwork following installations and inspections.
- Ensuring inspection findings are recorded correctly to support certification and/or remedial quotations.
- Spotting additional requirements for fall protection equipment or training and escalating opportunities.
