Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up CNC turning machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and producing high-quality components to tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities
- Set up CNC turning machines (lathes), including installing tools, fixtures, and materials
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture components within tolerance limits
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required
- Carry out routine inspections using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
