Resource Management Specialist Location: Chesterfield Head Office (with travel across South Yorkshire) Salary: Up to £29,000 + mileage + bonus + award-winning benefits Contract: Full-time, permanent Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We\'re hiring a Resource Management Specialist to join our Chesterfield Head Office team. You\'ll travel across South Yorkshire, registering candidates, visiting client sites, and carrying out check-ins to make sure everything runs smoothly. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular contact. Provide quality service via accurate job matching, full compliance, and site tours as required. Monitor worker performance and satisfaction, resolving issues quickly. Maintain up-to-date availability lists and a pool of quality candidates. Use candidate insight to support branch sales activity. Cross-sell other business divisions where relevant. Contribute ideas in team meetings. Keep reports (e.g., sales pipeline) accurate and up to date.
