Resource Management Specialist
Location: Chesterfield Head Office (with travel across South Yorkshire)

We\'re hiring a Resource Management Specialist to join our Chesterfield Head Office team. You\'ll travel across South Yorkshire, registering candidates, visiting client sites, and carrying out check-ins to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What we\'re looking for in our Resource Management Specialist:
Experience as a Resourcer in a busy recruitment environment would be great
OR customer service or sales experience with a willingness to learn and adapt
A full driving licence and access to your own car (mileage expenses paid)
Good communication skills, organisation, and a proactive approach

Requirements
Meet daily/weekly activity targets for calls, meetings, and placements.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular contact.
Provide quality service via accurate job matching, full compliance, and site tours as required.
Monitor worker performance and satisfaction, resolving issues quickly.
Maintain up-to-date availability lists and a pool of quality candidates.
Use candidate insight to support branch sales activity.
Cross-sell other business divisions where relevant.
Contribute ideas in team meetings.
Keep reports (e.g., sales pipeline) accurate and up to date.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent time management, able to meet deadlines under pressure
Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Flexible and willing to take responsibility for the out-of-hours phone when required
Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
