Are you passionate about creating a safe and sustainable workplace? We\'re looking for an EH&S Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving health, safety, and environmental excellence across our operations.
What You\'ll Do
- Support the EHS Manager in analyzing trends and implementing solutions for safety, environment, sustainability, and ergonomics.
- Maintain and continually improve the EHS Management System (EHSMS).
- Coordinate incident management, including reporting and investigating accidents, near misses, and hazards.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspections to identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote a positive safety culture and share best practices across the business.
- Facilitate monthly EHS Committee meetings and lead safety campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Assist in emergency response planning and maintain health, safety, and environmental improvement plans.
What We\'re Looking For
- Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and engage at all levels.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience with investigation tools and techniques.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
