Responsibilities
- Manage key client communications, focusing on recruitment, fulfillment, and account development.
- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for calls and client meetings.
- Build rapport with clients and candidates through consistent contact.
- Provide quality service by matching candidates effectively and ensuring all documentation and site tours are completed.
- Support resource allocation for key vacancies.
- Monitor worker performance regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Recruit and select quality applicants to sustain a workforce.
