Receptionist
Our client based in Alton are looking to recruit a receptionist to join their team on a temporary on-going basis. This is a varied Receptionist position as you will be assisting all departments within the business. You will be joining a hard-working Administration team that are pro‑active friendly and outgoing. The company is based in Alton Hampshire so your own transport is vital.
Salary & Benefits
- £12.50 per hour
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm – 30‑minute unpaid lunch break
- Weekly pay
- Temporary on‑going
- 20 days holiday + Bank holidays

Duties
- Greeting visitors, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and liaising with relevant department of visitor attendance.
- Receiving incoming calls, assisting with general enquires.
- Prepare any postal requirements, receive daily postal delivery and third‑party courier deliveries. Inform relevant people of any deliveries.
- Check Admin / Account inbox daily.
- Search and price sundry items from current and new suppliers, raising purchase orders once agreed with the relevant Manager.
- Support the Finance team with purchase orders.
- Carry out Office filing in an accurate and timely manner – both paper and electronic systems.
- Assist with clerical tasks for Technical / Production / Logistics Management team as required.
- Assist with administration requirements for Technical Dept. – printing, photocopying and filing as required.
- Any general administration tasks as required to meet the business needs.
