As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing, directing and coordinating the storing, optimizing, delivering and controlling of spare parts and consumables for warehouses in Ramsgate. Another part of your responsibilities is maintaining various databases including SAP, PPE, lifting equipment and tooling.
The following gives a clear indication of your responsibilities and tasks that you will oversee and manage KPIs for:
- Mobilization (MOB)
- Urgent picks in the morning
- Bring all urgent spares, tools etc. to the quayside and load the CTV
- Maintain all SAP related tasks for MOB
- De-Mobilization (DMOB)
- Bring all urgent spares, tools etc. to the quayside and unload the CTV
- Maintain all SAP related tasks for DMOB
- Goods receiving including SAP
- Control all received goods are in good quality
- Document everything in SAP and inform people if applicable
- Pick & Pack service kits for the planned service
- Packing of goods for service
- Dangerous goods handling
- Make documents and secure according to specifications
- Carry out daily household at the warehouse according to lean principles
- HV Maintenance
- Responsible for pick, pack and send tool & PPE to supplier for calibration
- Receive tools & PPE and handle certificates accordingly
- Help with HV MOB and DMOB
- Participate in site meetings HSE, Planning, Performance talks etc.
Your profile as Warehouse Coordinator:
You will play a key role in the fulfilment of the O&M Supply Chain, it is therefore a requirement that you can work independently in a structured way. You have an understanding of cultural differences and are able to act accordingly. You have good communication skills and drive. When necessary, you are able to make quick decisions in difficult circumstances, while maintaining an obliging and service-minded attitude and flexible adjusting to changing circumstances.
Further, you have:
- Strong capabilities in English (spoken and written)
- Strong IT user on general Office systems
- SAP knowledge regarding the modules PM and MM
- Self-driven
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- Experience with wind turbines - not essential but advantageous
- Forklift certificate
- Driver's license
Overtime could be available during the week & at weekends, after an initial settling in period.
