Production Operatives

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Fish Factory Operatives in Grimsby and Caistor. As part of our production team, you will play a key role in processing, packing, and preparing high-quality fish products to meet customer and industry standards. Responsibilities: – Handling, processing, and packing fish products on a production line. – Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. – Operating machinery and equipment (training provided). – Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment. – Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times. – Assisting with loading and unloading stock as required. Requirements: – Strong work ethic with attention to detail. – Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. – Comfortable working in a chilled or cold environment. – No previous experience necessary but is desired. – Access to own transport as some clients are outside of Grimsby. Shift times (vary depending on client) – 06:00 – 14:00 – 08:00 – 16:00 – 14:00 – 22:00 – 06:00 – 15:00 – 09:00 – 18:00 – 06:00 – Finish Competitive pay dependant on the company from £12.21 to £13.30 per hour.
