We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy frozen fish factory, working on a very fast-paced production line.
Key Responsibilities:- Working on a fast-moving production line processing frozen fish products
- Packing, weighing and labelling products accurately
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
- Carrying out quality checks with a strong attention to detail
- General factory and cleaning duties as required
- Manual labouring duties
- Previous experience in a production or factory environment is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work at speed on a fast production line
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00
- Own transport is essential due to rural location (limited/no public transport)
- 12.30 per hour, paid weekly
- Day shifts, Monday to Friday - no rotating shifts
- Opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks for the right candidates
