We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business specialising in golf equipment, personalised products, embroidery, engraving and heat-seal applications. This permanent role offers excellent variety, with full cross-training provided across multiple departments including picking, packing, embroidery, engraving, heat-seal and print. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, skill development and progression.
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking, packing and preparing orders using handheld scanners and wheeled trolleys
- Supporting the embroidery department with personalisation of accessories
- Assisting with engraving tasks, including bottles and personalised items
- Heat-sealing badges and logos onto products
- Working within the print department to support product finishing
- Loading, unloading and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Coordinating effectively with a small, friendly team
Skills & Experience of a Warehouse Operative:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (picking, packing, scanning, stock control)
- Ability to perform medium lifting and follow manual handling guidelines
- Good communication skills and team coordination
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual and proactive
