A well-established manufacturer is looking for a hands-on Window & Door Processor / Manufacturing Operative to join their workshop team. You will be working on aluminium window and door products - aluminium experience is welcome but not essential as training can be provided.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing and assembling aluminium windows and doors
- Working with joints, fittings, hardware and components (including blind doors)
- Using hand and power tools in a workshop setting
- Working accurately to measurements and job specs
- Completing quality checks and reporting defects/issues
- Keeping the work area safe, tidy and organised
What we’re looking for:
- Manufacturing/assembly experience ideal (windows/doors/joinery/fabrication a plus)
- Confident with tools and practical, hands-on work
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable in a small team environment
- Willingness to learn aluminium systems and processes
What you’ll get:
- Temp to perm after 12 weeks (subject to performance/attendance)
