Contract: Monday to Friday Hybrid (3 days per week on site) – Temporary 6 months
We’re recruiting a Supply Chain Expeditor to support our Clients First Fit Planning team. This role is ideal for someone with a supply chain or logistics background who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident chasing actions with suppliers and internal teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Validating shipment plans with suppliers.
- Maintaining a 5-day rolling shipment plan.
- Supporting inbound PO management and expediting where needed.
- Tracking shipments into multiple sites and providing clear status updates.
- Joining daily/weekly review meetings and following up actions to protect delivery.
- Using the materials planning/ERP system (plus Excel where required) to manage alerts and exceptions.
- Supporting supplier performance improvement and KPI-driven actions.
What we’re looking for:
- Supply chain / logistics experience preferred (planning experience not required).
- Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator (email, calls, meetings) with a customer-first approach.
- Able to manage changing priorities and drive actions to completion.
- Comfortable using systems and data (ERP/MRP exposure and Excel are a plus).
